It was indeed a tough and challenging season of the first season featuring Asian Tycoon Tony Fernandes. It was a though call for the two remaining contestants Andrea Leh from Singapore and Jonathan from the Philippines. The Apprentice has been known in reality TV as the toughest arena of the best of the best businessmen and women that will be given the chance to work with the most valuable yet strict bosses of the top companies in the world for example like Donald Trump who hosts the US version.

This year, its Asia's turn to search for the worthy apprentice of Asia's business tycoon Tony Fernandes of Air Asia. 12 contestants from all over Asia including 2 Pinoys were short listed and go head to head to be the victor of the very first Apprentice Asia produced and shown on AXN Asia. And to be part of this show is far more challenging than finding a needle in a haystack, for more than 30,000 applicants all over Asia, trimmed thousands off until the semifinalist also went through interviews and also isolation in preparation   as if when you find the needle you will also to get yourself through the needle hole.
