Invincible but deeply troubled “ THE WOLVERINE” finds Logan at his lowest point out of his element in a culture that he doesn’t understand. Darker, deeper and more exciting than any previous film featuring the clawed mutant, this time he has to confront lethal samurai steel, but also grapple with an inner struggle, coming to terms with his immortality.

To celebrate the worldwide release of “The Wolverine,” 20th Century Fox and Robinsons Movieworld bring to the Philippines an unprecedented experience on how it’s like to BE THE WOLVERINE.  Through the “Be The Wolverine” kinect technology, the complicated and thrilling action scenes in “The Wolverine” allows users to take part in an out-of-home interactive adventure that will be  available in select Robinsons Movieworld branches starting July 19.   The experience uses Kinect technology to register when fans walk by, scanning and activating a hologram to attract and invite interaction. On completing the experience, fans then have the opportunity to share their photo taking part via Facebook.

Boses shares the story of Onyok who was taken to a children's shelter after being rescued from his abusive father. Though safe from his father he had a hard time to adjust to his new home and friends which some he had a hard time to get along with. He then meets Ariel who plays the violin. In the delightful 3D animated film, “Turbo,” Ryan Reynolds stars as a snail with an extraordinary dream: he wants to be fast.  Very fast.  It’s a contradiction in terms but that doesn’t stop this tenacious creature from pursuing his ambition. Despite a series of obstacles along the way, (including opposition from his own brother, played by Paul Giamatti) the turbo-charged mollusk enlists the help of an unusual crew of supporters who cheer him on.

“Turbo” is the story of an unusual hero, an ordinary garden snail with big dreams. He may be one of the slowest creatures on the planet but he longs to be fast, speedy enough to win a legendary car race. With heart-stopping action and lively characters, the family film from DreamWorks Animation and Twentieth Century Fox centers on the engaging Theo (he changes his name to Turbo) ,voiced by the talented Ryan Reynolds, who lives in the yard of a house in Southern California. He sneaks into the garage at night to watch racing on an old TV set and is obsessed with French-Canadian world champion,Guy Gagné, (Bill Hader) the five-times winner of the historic Indy 500: [The Indianapolis 500-Mile Race] one of the world’s most prestigious car races that is held at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway.

REEL DEAL: Toothless and Hiccup Soar Once Again In "How To Train Your Dragon 2" Trailer

The recent release of DreamWorks Animation’s “How To Train Your Dragon 2” trailer thrilled fans worldwide as the faithful dragon Toothless and his best friend Hiccup soared on air once again.  (View latest trailer here:  http://youtu.be/BsFdEt_OAhI). 

At the tail of the success of the first movie, Toothless and Hiccup are back for bigger adventures, laughs and battles as additional voice cast were revealed in this year’s Comic-Con event.  From the phenomenal series “Game of Thrones,” Kit Harrington voices an amusing dragon-trapper named Eret whom he describes as very cocky and brazen; Cate Blanchett who’s known for her role in “The Lord of the Rings” franchise also joins the cast as Valka, a savior of dragons while Djimon Hounsou (“Blood Diamond”) is cast as the voice of Drago Bludvist who chases dragons for personal vendetta.

Sheena Halili, nervous on her role as Agnes

Sheena Halili will play the role of Agnes, the mom of Binoy (David Remo). In the story, she fell in love with a man named Francis played by Luis Alandy. Unfortunately, they parted ways, leaving Binoy with his mom. She only finished second grade in school. Thus, having high hopes with regards to education for Binoy.

Like any other moms, she is willing to sacrifice everything just to give Binoy a bright future. 

On Sheena’s first taping for Binoy Henyo, she shared to us that there is no heaviness that was felt in the set. “Masaya and doon ko palang nakita yung kakulitan ni David, at magkasama kami buong araw. Masaya dahil napagaan din ng team na na-assign para sa show.”

This will be Sheena’s first time on being a mom for her role as Agnes that is why she cannot help but feel nervous to play the part. “Everytime nga na mageeksena ako, siyempre first time kong maging nanay. Lagi ko tinatanong ang Executive Producer namin, ‘Ganoon ba maging nanay? Tama ba yung emosyon ng pagiging nanay? Kasi siyempre ako, alam ko naman papaano malungkot, paano masaktan, pero hindi ko pa kasi naramdaman kung papaano yung sakit kapag yung anak mo yung malungkot.”

When we think of snails, we think of a slow and boring world. And with what snails do for the rest of their lives is something many people also experience and are trapped in their own cycle of repetitive chores. But the movie TURBO by Dreamworks Animation is now out to prove something that kids and adults can learn a lot.

TURBO tells the story of Theo (Ryan Reynolds), a garden snail who dreams to be fast and reach his idol Guy Ganye. And in one unexpected night, he changed to be the fastest snail in the world. He transformed into a super snail that can run as fast as cars and has taken the new name Turbo.

Now turbo will pursue his dreams as he meets race snails and people along the way. With his superpowers giving him an advantage, will he reach dreams he is longing to have? And what other interesting thing he and his new gang would do to differ from the snail life into a life of speed and slide.

The World’s Fastest Violin Player, DAVID GARRETT!

David Garrett got his first violin at age four and makes his first appearance with the Hamburg Philharmonics at the early age of ten. At age thirteen he is the youngest artist to be awarded an exclusive contract with the Deutsche Grammophon Gesellschaft. In 1999, at the height of his career, the shooting star redirects his energy, deciding to leave his predetermined path as a classical violinist and move to New York – not to take a time-out but rather to place his musical proficiency on a theoretical foundation and perfect his technique. He enrolls at the prestigious Julliard School, studying musicology and composition. Instruction with Itzhak Perlmann lends his performance completely new facets. David Garrett’s particular enthusiasm for studying composition earns him a distinction in 2003 when he wins the renowned Composition Competition of Julliard School with a fugue composed in the style of Johann Sebastian Bach.
